Making good use of the valuable data collected on each new hire throughout the assessment process, is the first and a very easy step in ensuring a productive onboarding experience for both parties. When managers understand the strengths, potential strengths and development needs of their new recruits they can choose how best to manage them effectively.

90 day plan

Capp’s manager 90 day plan is unlike any other product on the market - providing a bespoke strengths development action plan based on individual recruitment data.

To support the suggested action plan, managers are able to view the new recruit’s highest and lowest scoring strengths along with development suggestions for each.

They are also provided with a first conversation template - providing a guide for managers who are new to strengths-based recruitment and development.

Customised guidance

The Onboard feedback report provides your new recruit with data on how they have performed at interview or assessment centre against the core strengths for their role. They are shown their highest and lowest scoring strengths, along with suggestions on how they can develop their potential in their new role. 

Having focused on a person's strengths in selecting them for a role, aligning their initial weeks in the company to building on what has been identified and provisioned clear and real developmental focus has proved to dramatically reduce a person's time to competency - meaning a more productive person quicker!
