Key Responsibilities

  • To deeply understand client needs and provide appropriate Capp solutions within a portfolio of accounts
  • To represent the breadth of Capp solutions knowledgeably to our clients alongside knowledge of the assessment and development market 
  • To take ownership of large end-to-end projects
  • To collaborate effectively with others to deliver against project KPIs and delight Capp’s highly valued clients
  • To effectively manage internal and external client and partner relationships
  • To work with Commercial Leads to grow new opportunities within existing accounts
  • To work with experts within our product and consulting team to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients, partnering with them to meet client expectations and needs 
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners who are experts in their fields of assessment, development and technology
  • Ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld providing feedback where appropriate
