What is it?

Our 360 Strengths Insights Tool enables individuals to seek feedback from multiple sources.

How does it work?

Feedback is collected from managers (and other senior stakeholders), direct reports, peers and other individuals (for instance their clients) on behaviours and strengths that are crucial to success in the individual's organisation.

When should I use it?

Feedback 360 can be used at any point in the development process, but benefits individuals at the end of projects and programmes.

What is the impact?

All around feedback aids in building self-awareness, enabling individuals to see things they wouldn’t normally see within themselves, and to use for developmental insights.
