The Managed Recruitment Services (MRS) Team at Capp are looking for a new member.

Role Description

The main purpose of the role is to support clients to fill their vacancies whilst ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met and value is generated for Capp. You need to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. You are responsible for building excellent relationships within the hiring manager community in order to identify opportunities for hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best practice approach to assessment and resourcing is adopted. You’ll ensure the resourcing team are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role will involve liaising with the client on a day-to-day basis, managing workload as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations in full, every time. Line management opportunities will also be present in the role.   • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
  • Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of monthly and annual targets; accountable for delivering to target milestones
  • Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer-term client requirements
  • Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing) with the hiring manager
  • Work effectively with the resourcing team to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
  • Mentor/guide members of the resourcing team on best practice approaches, client culture and support them in achieving success in their roles
  • Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the recruitment experience until start date
  • Ensure that all changes to a candidate’s status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting

Essential Skills

  • Excellent recruitment knowledge across the early careers sector
  • To be able to manage multiple priorities and ideally have experience of managing team workload
  • A cool head and professional communication style – firm when needed
  • An analytical mind and practical approach to problem solving
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience (agency / In-house / RPO)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong and confident communication skills to proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels within a client organisation
  • Demonstrable experience in talent pooling and utilising direct sourcing channels     
  • Polite, friendly and natural telephone manner
