What is it?

A fully immersive experience that gives participants the opportunity to learn through activities that focuses on the development of a core leadership behaviour.

How does it work?

The integrated experience encompasses two of our proprietary Virtual Reality rooms into a traditional six-session executive coaching cycle.

When should I use it?

This provides an amazing opportunity to see themselves in a different situation, immediately reflect on what they have learnt, and stretch their development further than traditional executive coaching. The participant can’t prepare for the challenge of the Virtual Reality so the usual ‘executive polish’ is not present. This fully immersive experience is something no one in the executive coaching world currently offers. Their executive coach will then debrief the experience with them and help them to relate it back to their development goals.

What is the impact?

Engages learners with a powerful sense of presence, creates and replicates situations and scenarios otherwise too challenging to set up. Ensures consistency across the board but with a personalised and individual journey.
